New England Window & Door LLC dba Pella Windows & Doors is looking for a Retail Project Coordinator at our Haverhill, MA location. Pella provides a fast paced, fun, and respectful work environment. Project Coordinators must be detail oriented, process driven, and efficient while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the booking, order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation of customer orders in a timely manner. Responsible for managing retail replacement projects from the point of contract through to resolution of post installation service issues. Also manages shortages, sets up service paperwork and ensures that each detail in a customer order is addressed. Works closely with sales force, order verification specialists, independent contractors, warehouse personnel, delivery personnel and customers. Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Scheduling installation of Pella products Purchasing product from vendors and our corporate manufacturing facilities Scheduling and releasing completed product Coordinating delivery of customer orders Managing recovery process for shortages and damaged product External and internal customer contact Scheduling service appointments Coordination and management of installation permits.
